    About us

    Since 2007 – 20 years alongside organisations

The world of work and the questions organisations ask have changed over nearly two decades, but our starting point has remained the same: first, understand what you need to find out. Then we choose a suitable survey or assessment, discuss the results in the context of your organisation and agree on the next steps together.

We believe employees are not an organisation’s assets: they do not belong to it. They are its partners and allies. That is why we care about both sides of this partnership: what people can contribute to an organisation and what opportunities the organisation can offer them.

We help organisations recognise people’s strengths and potential, hear how they feel at work, and create an environment where they want to work, grow and achieve results together. We draw on organisational psychology, reliable assessment methods and data to support well-founded decisions.

Our motto, “For those who value employees”, reflects this approach: we work with organisations that care about their people and help them assess employee competencies professionally.

Our values and promises to you

These four values guide every project we undertake. For us, they are more than words: we put them into practice and remind ourselves of them every day.

    1. Positive change

We research, assess and analyse with a purpose. Our goal is to help you better understand your situation and make decisions, so we aim to conclude every project with both findings and a clear direction for what to do next.

    2. Focus

We take on work we understand and can do well. We will not try to sell you our solution if it is not the right fit for your situation. If another specialist, method or partner could help you more effectively, we will tell you openly.

    3. Curiosity

We seek to understand before making recommendations. We ask questions, explore your organisation’s context and avoid trying to fit every situation into the same template. We keep up with research and developments in organisational psychology and share what we learn when it could be useful to you.

    4. Joy

Growth for organisations and individuals does not have to begin with problems alone. We will help you see both what could be improved and what already works well. We will recognise your progress and celebrate it with you.
